Refund policy

OVERVIEW

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement in accordance with the policy below.

SECTION 1 – EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact info@skinmetal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.

SECTION 2 – NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We cannot process exchanges for:

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items not purchased directly from www.skinmetal.com

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

All sales of gift cards, promotional, or limited-edition items are final and non-exchangeable.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning or disposing of the damaged item.

In most cases, you will not need to return the product. If a return is required, Skin Metal will cover return shipping costs.

SECTION 4 – FINAL SALE POLICY

Because of product safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than verified damage or defect.

We may revise this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements.
