Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
Skin Metal currently ships orders within the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations).
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly so you can receive your products as soon as possible.
SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after being placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, product launches, holidays, or sales events.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before taxes) within the contiguous United States.
For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied at checkout. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
SECTION 3 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and carrier volume. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Skin Metal is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, address errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been marked as shipped.
SECTION 5 – ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to reroute or modify the address once an order has been submitted.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply.
SECTION 6 – LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@skinmetal.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

Tracking number

Photos of the package and contents, if applicable
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Skin Metal is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing; however, we’ll do our best to help locate or replace the shipment where possible.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to:

Alaska or Hawaii

U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

International destinations
We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future.
